As a software development director and technology leader, Paul spearheaded several team/technology/portfolio transformations. In guiding geographically diverse teams through periods of uncertainty and change, he fostered an environment that encouraged and enabled people to reach their full potential and take advantage of the growth opportunities arising from change.
